Further Modifications and Paint Stripping

The next step (Step 4) in changing a second "Magneto" figure into "Dr. Fate".

Further addition of putty on front of mask to form the trademark "Mask of Fate".

Some paint stripping. Pretty successful. Traces left but not much more.
