Riddle me this...

How to build a Riddler:

Step 1: The original figure, "Element" who is a member of the Legion of Superheroes.


Step 2: Remove "Elemental Power" bit and chest emblem.


Step 3: Add Riddler's trademark porkpie hat.



Step 4 will be adding a question mark shaped staff in his right hand, but that's one of those "just before bottling" procedures.
