The first dozen

Here are the first dozen figures from the "Star Wars" chess set. Totally unpainted. Next time you see them will be after they have been primed for painting. Probably sometime next week...

Clicking them will open them in a new window and from there you can enlarge them AGAIN or save them to view at full size. The detail is pretty impressive.

Here we have a Snow Trooper, Imperial Pawn.

Luke Skywalker, Rebel Bishop. I have another "Luke" on the way that may be better.

Boba Fett, Imperial Bishop. Possibly a Knight, if I can get hold of a Greedo figure to make a pair of Bounty Hunter Knights.

Princess Leia Organa, Rebel Queen. I also have an alternate Leia that I'll use if it's a better looking figure.

A Stormtrooper, Imperial Pawn.

A Stormtrooper, Imperial Pawn.

Rebel Snow Trooper, Rebel Pawn.

Lando Calrissian, Rebel Knight. He will probably be out of a job, since I have found a Yoda to use as a King, making Obi Wan a knight and putting Lando back to work in the Gas Mines.

C-3P0, Whiney, Pain in the Ass Rebel Rook.

R2-D2, Cool, Smart Ass Rebel Rook.

Rebel Snow Trooper, Rebel Pawn.

Darth Vader, Imperial Queen, but don't say that to his face.
I also have an alternate Darth on the way that I'm betting will be a better looking figure.

There you have it folks. Tomorrow I'll post some more of these unpainted figures and some that have been (Badly) painted that will require the paint to be removed before I can begin work on them.

Cheers.
