Sinestro.

Some red on his face and hands, drybrushed with dark grey on his body.

And...done!

A final layer of light blue, a similar layer of light red and "wet brush" the whole thing with a very light coat of white to pick out the highest of highlights.

Almost done. Brown.

Brown on his belt and shield straps.
Almost done...

I think...

The shield is about as good as it's gonna get. A final touch of white to fix the last of the really glaring imperfections.

More ring fixin'

Still trying to even out Cap's shield. A little blue enamel around the star.

Red enamel.

Tidying up Cap's shield, and since I had it out, a little red enamel on the Imperial Guard masks and gloves.

White. More white.

Now the tricky bit. More white enamel, trying to "even out" the central white ring.

Another coat of red. Part deux.

A second coat of red enamel on the outside ring of Cap's shield.

White. Again.

Second red layer. Again.

First layer of red. Again.

More blue...

A second layer of blue on Cap's shield and flesh on his ears and on Robin's arms, legs and face.

Extreme Frustration

I had a disasterous time trying to add white to Cap's shield and ended up having to strip it back to bare metal. I've spared you the pics of the naked shield and the basic black primer. Here we have Cap's shield after two layers of white enamel and a single layer of blue enamel. I'm working from the inside out and hope to not repeat my last debacle.

Several Small Things.

Orange undercoat for the yellow "S" on the back of Superman's cape. A dark flesh tone on Captain America's eyes and jaw. A very light drybrush of black on Chewbacca's head, upper body and mustache. Bright green on Robin's sleeves, pants and boots, plus a second coat of yellow on his cape.

Martian Manhunter, Finished

Red, White and Blue.

A couple of blue touch ups on Captain America. A second coat of red on the back of Superman's cape. A final drybrush of white on Martian Manhunter's skin and clothing. A second coat of red on Robin's tunic. Blue on the fringes of Sinestro's costume.
